Perez will, although he’s not the out-and-out striker Arsenal arguably need, provide a great threat in the final third for the Gunners. As the stats show, he’s prolific in terms of chance creation, which is promising given that he notched 17 goals last term and has already scored one this season.
Most of Perez’s early career was spent in a more withdrawn role, but since joining Depor, initially on loan, he’s been edged forward, and he struck up a great partnership with Liverpool flop Luis Alberto during 2015/16, which was instrumental in keeping the Riazor side clear of relegation.
