Saka asked to be substituted before the end of Arsenal's 1-0 north London derby win over Tottenham. The Gunners were ahead thanks to Gabriel's header, but Saka was subbed in the 86th minute, and replaced by youngster Ethan Nwaneri. Now, Arteta has confirmed that he doesn't know the issue the England international is dealing with.

Saka being injured for any length of time would be a bitter blow for the Gunners, given his performances thus far this season. He has already laid on three assists this season and also scored on the opening weekend against Wolves. With Martin Odegaard also injured, Arsenal will be crossing their fingers that Saka's injury is merely trivial.
WHAT ARTETA SAID
Arteta told reporters: "I don’t know (what Saka's injury is). I made two changes with the front players and suddenly he’s down. I don’t know exactly what it is but he could not continue."
